Amityville, NY, MARKS USA Custom Lockset Division graces The Georgica Residential Towers located in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. These forged brass levers, in a polished nickel finish, were created to compliment the distinctive “L” shape of this architectural majesty by imitating the abundance of corners and protrusions within the design of the building itself.

The Georgica, whose name was inspired by the serene Georgica Pond in East Hampton, NY, is sheathed in bronze and clear glass, designed by the architectural and interior design firm Cetra/Ruddy. Within close proximity to The Georgica are museums and galleries such as the Met, the Guggenheim, the Whitney and the Neue Galerie as well as the East River Promenade, Central Park and Carl Schurz Park.

MARKS USA Custom Lockset Division locksets are manufactured from materials, which satisfy LEED’s requirements for “green” buildings and reduce environmental impacts from extracting and processing virgin materials.
